During 2020, with the onset of the pandemic, the Long Island chapter of DisruptHR created the HR Leaders Lounge that met virtually every week. They required branding that was different from traditional DisruptHR deliverables that were fully digital. They wanted a "disruptive" style that pulled from grunge and punk styles.
